[Rivet] Rivet-mkanalysis with new hepdata

Hi Ursula,

For now, download it yourself. But I'm copying this to the Rivet dev
list because (I hope) I recall someone doing this update for the
upcoming 2.6.0 release -- we should make sure that it's included.
