[Rivet] fixes to ATLAS_2017_I1514251

Hi all,

just to say that I’ve updated the reference data files for the 13 TeV ATLAS Z+jets, so that they match what’s on HEPData(*). I’ve updated the cc / plot files as well since the HEPData IDs were also different, which would have broken the histogram booking otherwise. David Y, can you confirm that this fixes the problems you spotted? (All on the release-2-6-x branch.)

(*) They still don’t match 100%, because HEPData writes out a yoda file with +/- 0 uncertainties on the Njet multiplicities which breaks the histogram booking since it can’t work out the binning from that. For now I changed the x-axis uncertainties in the Rivet reference data files to 0.5 for those instead, but this isn’t a proper solution to the problem of course.
