[Rivet] make-plots

Hi all,

already a week ago or so I’ve added a version of make-plots to the trunk that supports multiple ratios, multiple legends, more complicated error bands and all sorts of cosmetic shenanigans. Do give it a go and come yell at me if you encounter any problems.

Whilst extending make-plots, I built up so much rage against PSTricks, that I’ve rewritten the whole thing using pgfplots now. This alternative version can do basically the same as the extended version of make-plots, but also 3D plots. And it's about 30% shorter, too.

The downside is that I’m relying on a recent bugfix in pgfplots (>= v1.16) to be able to do the error bands properly. I’ve committed it to the trunk as "make-pgfplots" anyway if people want to play around with it. Let me know if you have any issues/feedback.
