[Siscone-announce] SISCone v 1.3.0

Dear SISCone user,

This is to announce the release of SISCone version 1.3.0. The main change 
is the switch to autotools (configure; make; make install) for compilation 
and installation (see the file INSTALL for details). This version is 
included also as part of FastJet 2.3-beta0.

If you encounter any problems with it, please let us know.
