[Siscone-announce] New SISCone release (v 1.3.1)

Dear all,

We would like to inform you that a new version of SISCone (v1.3.1) is now
available for download at
http://projects.hepforge.org/siscone
It is also included in the latest release of FastJet (v2.3.1)

This is mainly a minor bug-fixing release compared to the previous stable 
release (v1.3.0): we have fixed a few issues related to the compilation of 
SISCone with Visual C++ under Windows platforms.

As usual, comments, questions and requests about SISCone can now be directly
addressed to siscone at projects.hepforge.org
