  use Mathematica to determine whether flags are set

This catches cases where the FlexibleSUSY model file contains
expressions of the form

  UseHiggs2LoopMSSM = True

or

  UseHiggs2LoopSM = UseHiggs3LoopSM = UseHiggs4LoopSM = True
