[Herwig-announce] Herwig++ 2.4.0: new underlying event parameters

Dear Herwig++ users,

We have noticed that the newly tuned values for the underlying event 
parameters were not included in yesterday's tarball. The download link 
on the website has now been fixed.

If you have already downloaded Herwig++-2.4.0, you can use the attached 
patch to set the right values, instructions follow below.

The correct settings are:

#=============================
cd /Herwig/UnderlyingEvent
set KtCut:MinKT 4.3
set UECuts:MHatMin 8.6
set MPIHandler:InvRadius 1.2
#=============================

To apply the patch:
  * save it to your Herwig++-2.4.0 source directory
  * cd into the source directory
  * type
      patch -p1 < Herwig-UEfix.patch
  * you should see the output
      patching file src/defaults/UnderlyingEvent.in
  * run 'make install' again
