[Herwig-announce] ThePEG 1.8.3 and Herwig++ 2.6.3 have been released

Dear Herwig++ and ThePEG users,

we would like to announce the maintenance release of Herwig++ 2.6.3
together with ThePEG 1.8.3.


This release fixes one issue reported by ATLAS: In some circumstances,
internal technical vertices that were only intended to change a
particle's momentum caused a vertex displacement to occur, too.
