[Laura-announce] New version (v2r2) of Laura++ package released

Dear Laura++ users,

We would like to announce the release of v2r2 of the Laura++ package.

This version contains the following new features:

* Parameter values can be set for all resonance models
  - Has involved a change of interface for LauIsobarDynamics::addResonance
  - See release notes and examples for details

* Many enhancements to efficiency handling classes
  - Can now have a weighted average of efficiency maps
  - Can have efficiencies results from a product of histograms
  - Can give asymmetric errors (for fluctuation of bins)

A number of other changes have occurred:

* Bug fix in Gaussian constraints

* Add spin and Blatt-Weisskopf factors for spins 4 and 5

* Gaussian constraints and generation of toy MC from fit results now both work
  in simultaneous fits
