[LHAPDF-announce] Bug fix for HERAPDF10 Alpha_s scale dependence

Dear LHAPDF user,

It has come to light that the way in which the scale (Q^2) dependence of
alpha_s as reported by LHAPDF was incorrect.  It is OK for the standard
HERAPDF sets with Alphas_s=0.1176 but for the others in the set
HERAPDF10_ALPHAS.LHgrid it gives incorrect values.  The pdfs themselves
are not affected.

A bug fix requiring the replacement of the files 'src/wrapheragrid.f'
and 'src/wrapheragrid-lite.f' has been produced which can be downloaded
from our website.

This requires a 'make'  and 'make/install' after replacing the files.
