[LHAPDF-announce] LHAPDF V5.8.5 released

In addition there are several other fixes:

1) The parton distributions from the AFG sets have been reduced by a
factor of two.  This has been known for some time and is a relic of the
old PDFLIB routine.

2) bug fixes causing crashing in the enabel-low-memory (lite) mode for
several sets (HKN, CT09 and cteq66alphas) have been fixed

3) the pdfsets have been moved to a new location (from the SVN ->
downloads on our server).  There is therefore a new lhapdf-getdata script.

4) better error message when an input file is not found

5) a bug causing NaN in mstw for q values < m_c  for the m_c = 1.05 and
1.1 GeV sets has been fixed.
