We are pleased to announce the release of version 5.8.6 of LHAPDF.  This

In addition there are several other fixes including:

1) fix for a bug in the low-Q extrapolation piece of the wrapping ABKM09
   code, which led to the weird PDFs values at Q2<1.

2) a fix for the problem that the u and d, and also the ubar and dbar,
   partons were interchanged in error for the HKN nuclear PDF sets

3) a fix for the  problem in 'lite' version of the HERAPDF code which
   caused problems at around x=10**-6
