[LHAPDF-announce] LHAPDF V5.8.9 released

Dear LHAPDF user,

We are pleased to announce the release of version 5.9.0 of LHAPDF. As
many of you will be aware this is the final release of LHAPDFV5 and a
new and much improved and compatible version of LHAPDF will continue as
LHAPDFV6.

This release, as well as the new V6, can be downloaded as usual from our

As we say, this is the final release of the Fortran version of
LHAPDF. It is replaced by a new C++ version (V6...) . This
new version addresses many of the inherent problems with V5, such as
memory issues, and multiset access version.
