[Rivet] rivet-bootstrap

Is it ok if I bump the version numbers of the external packages in 
rivet-bootstrap? There are two small changes needed together with that:
  - --with-momentum and --with-length for HepMC
  - autoreconf'ing HepMC, because the new version seems to contain a 
    libtool too old to build shared libraries :(

Attached is a patch that I could commit if there are no objections.
