If the distributions look okay, then it's probably alright. I don't
expect any changes in the algorithms that were available in fastjet-2.3,
but there was a change from my Jade/Durham implementation to Gavin's.
While ymerge in the e+e- algorithms gives numbers < 1, dmerge give
numbers >> 1; essentially because it's not normalized to E_vis^2 (if I
understood that correctly).

At this point I'd also leave STAR_2009_UE_HELEN out of a release, since
it's still more or less no-op -- I only committed it to get rid of the
uncommitted changes and branches are painful in svn ... Anyway, I hope
to get it implemented this week. If I do, we can put it in.
