[Rivet] Conventional event orientation

Hi,

Time to try and use the collective intelligence of this list (and your
friends) to improve Rivet's event rotation a bit! Does anyone happen to
know what the conventional orientations of events are for various
asymmetric colliders?

The obvious one, HERA, is already sorted, I think: we have the proton
always going in the +z direction. But presumably there are also
conventions for other colliders: which particle travels in the +z
direction for Tevatron, LEP, b-factories (*hoping* they're the same!),
SppS, etc?
