Hi Dmitry,

Sorry you've had trouble... making an install script which is robust 
against all the different SL(C) configurations turns out to be harder to 
do than you might think! I've updated the rivet-bootstrap script now, so 
please try again and I hope it works ;) If not, please get back in touch 
(with the error message attached) and I'll see what I can do.

I've also reproduced the Boost script error... thanks for reporting the 
bug. In fact, it turns out that Boost has recently changed their build 
system, and it was already a pain to deal with its oddities, so I've 
changed the script to do a much simpler (and quicker) Boost installation 
by just copying the header directory into place. This is sufficient for 
Rivet and AGILe's purposes: only a very few Boost libraries require 
compilation. Hopefully the updated script will work smoothly for you!
