You can (and should) just copy AGILe: we wouldn't advise using the HEAD version of Rivet at the moment as it is being actively developed. Hopefully you can find a system copy of Boost at FNAL... it doesn't sound like the most flexible or up to date system... they *really* still haven't installed an SVN client?!
