[Rivet] Rivet 1.5.2 and AGILe 1.3.0 ready for release?

Anton has confirmed that our most recent Rivet and AGILe betas are 
working nicely... so unless there are objections I think we are ready to 
release both of them. You have until some unspecified time tomorrow to 
get last minute tweaks (nothing drastic!) and objections in :)
