[Rivet] Rivet 1.5.1? ATLAS inel xsec and W/Z+gamma

Hi Jon and everyone,

Andy and I had an exchange about this over the weekend, and I've done
some work on a routine.  However, i've been sidetracked by edits on my
thesis, so I haven't gotten a chance to look at it again.  The part of
the code which calculates the diffractive mass is written, but I
haven't integrated it into a full routine.

I should be able to get back to it in the latter half of next week.
At that point (i hope) my thesis will be submitted.
