[Rivet] Rivet 1.5.1? ATLAS inel xsec and W/Z+gamma

Hi Hendrik, Andy &c

 From the ATLAS side there is also the Inelastic Cross Section for 
xi>5.10-6. This is a "one number" rivet routine but the event selection 
is not entirely trivial and we'd like it in rivet (it should be used in 
tuning too I think). Lauren (in cc) was working on this. Lauren, do you 
have a timescale of when this might be ready?

Our preliminary W/Z+gamma analysis is also nearly final. I am not sure 
anyone is working on a rivet routine for it yet, I will see. I wouldn't 
necessarily wait for it though.
