[Rivet] FastJet 3 and Rivet

Dear Rivet maintainers (Andy still?),

I was just trying out Rivet 1.5.0 with the development version of 
FastJet 3 (the fastjet page has the latest public alpha if you want to 
try it out yourself) and during the build (make) ran into the error

   CXXLD  RivetLHCbAnalyses.la
   /usr/bin/X11/ld: cannot find -lCDFConesPlugin

This is probably because we've decided to package all plugins (except 
SISCone) into a single library in FJ3 (whereas, by default, before we 
had one library per plugin). The output of "fastjet-config --libs 
--plugins" handles that smoothly but I guess that's not  used inside 
Rivet at the moment?
