[Rivet] CMS inelastic cross-section Rivet routine

Dear All,

We would be happy if you can check the attached Rivet routine (CMS inelastic cross-section paper, http://arxiv.org/pdf/1210.6718v1.pdf) and let us know if there is any mismatch with the routine and with the measurement described in the paper.

This is very similar to the ATLAS inelastic cross-section measurement which is already validated by you. Therefore, I believe it may take a few seconds for you to check this routine as well. A view from experts would really help us to figure out the problems and validate this routine in CMS.



p.s. If you are ok with the routine, I can modify it by concerning your latest comments / svn commits, e.g., using std::max(x, y) rather than "(x > y) ? x:.... etc.
