[Rivet] Rivet routine for TOTEM elastic cross-section

Dang, you were watching :P  I'd have happily changed them if you had
alternative suggestions... and of course my titles were just provisional
guesses based on looking at variable names: I could have been wrong!

Looks like everything is in order then, unless TOTEM get back to us
super-quickly with an Inspire ID. Even if they don't, I think it was
worth the prod.

So I think we are now just waiting for the CMS inelastic analysis to be
approved... and ATLAS is about to send a jet substructure analysis which
I think is definitely a good thing to get into this release.

Nearly there...
