[Rivet] Conflict of rivet with latex

Okay, that's what I thought, since this seems to be a check that's
recently been introduced. I will install texlive 2012 here and check.

Until then, just don't set those envirionment variables. You might have
trouble creating plots with lots of bins and error bars then, but for
most stuff it should be fine.

I'll let you know what I find out.
