[Rivet] Conflict of rivet with latex

Dear Hendrik,

thanks for looking into this.
I had of course tried to setup rivet
w/o these offending lines, but then
plot generation failed miserably.

I then tried to install the packages I found
in share/Rivet/texmf/, but still to no avail.

Now I finally broke down and installed tex live
with ALL packages (what a monster!), and plot
generation works fine when setting up rivet
without the offending TEX lines.

A more elegant solution would be to list
the packages rivet needs somewhere, so
that one can simply run
tlmgr install a b c d ...

Thanks,
cheers,
Marc-Andre.
