[Rivet] Rivet 1.8.3b1 available for mcplots testing

Hi Anton and Liza,

I thought our main problem was getting Alpgen to work with fHerwig, to do with 
how cross sections are stored, which we need for combining histograms from 
different ME-multiplicity runs. Did you interact more with the Rivet guys on this?
