[Rivet] Removing yaml-cpp bundling from Rivet 2.0

Ok, three strong +1s (inc. me) and one +0 counts as quorum, I think!
Will do it ~ this evening, if all else goes smoothly.

Incidentally, I think I finally just got Rivet2 and all dependencies to
compile on lxplus. What a shitty system! Pointer to the experimental
build (and a build script... back to the bootstrap technology circa
2006!) coming once I'm convinced :-)
