[Rivet] Removing yaml-cpp bundling from Rivet 2.0

Ok, it's done: no more bundled yaml-cpp, and I discovered that we had
fallen behind the yaml-cpp 0.3 API anyway, so have fixed the references
to the Node::GetType function and the enums it compares to.

I guess at some future point we should move to using yaml-cpp 0.5 -- as
well as FastJet3, Eigen3, C++11... ;-)  All in good time...
