[Rivet] Several problem analyses

Hi all,

I propose to flag the following analyses as unvalidated for now, until
someone has time to fix these issues Peter found:

ATLAS_2012_I1093734:
Off-by-one binning problem (one of many attached as d01x01y01)

ATLAS_2012_I1091481 (already unvalidated):
scaling is completely off (one attached as d01x01y03)

MC_WPOL:
very bizarre axis choice in many plots (see e.g. attached A1_wplus)

D0_2008_S7719523:
Ratio plots are completely messed up

And there is ATLAS_2012_I1094061 which is still missing from YODA
completely.

What's the currently fashionable way to keep track of these issues? :-)
