[Rivet] ATLAS analysis: differential production cross section of the phi(1020) meson

Dear Rivet developers,

Attached is a Rivet routine for the ATLAS measurement of the differential production cross section of the phi(1020) meson:
https://atlas.web.cern.ch/Atlas/GROUPS/PHYSICS/PAPERS/STDM-2011-47/

The attached code has been tested with Rivet 2.1.1 and produces results consistent with those published in the paper.
