[Rivet] ATLAS analysis: measurement of... distributions sensitive to vector boson fusion

Dear Rivet developers,

Attached is (another) Rivet routine, corresponding to the ATLAS measurement of the electroweak production of dijets in association with a Z-boson and distributions sensitive to vector boson fusion:

The code has been validated with Rivet 2.1.1 and produces results consistent with those published in the paper.

Also attached is a script: ATLAS_2014_I1279489_yodamerge
This is a modified version of the standard Rivet yodamerge script that allows the combination of the efficiency-type distributions (e.g. the jet veto efficiency) measured in this analysis, in a way that correctly calculates the statistical uncertainty.
The analysis itself uses YODAs addAnnotation() feature to keep track of some necessary quantities.
