[Rivet] Problems with Rivet2

Yeah, unless someone else has experience with this, I think we have a
better chance getting a local installation working quickly.

Can you run

$ ldd /lustre/hirsch/Rivet/Rivet2.1.2/local/lib/libfastjet.so.0

and paste the output? Can you also confirm that you source rivetenv.(c)sh
before trying to run rivet-mkhtml?
