[Rivet] Problems with Rivet2

I would need another PC with a different OS.
I found out the latex problem
 d01-x02-y02 -f
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.141592-1.40.3 (Web2C 7.5.6)

directory
fmtutil: config file `fmtutil.cnf' not found.
I can't find the format file `latex.fmt'!

Yes I do setup rivet.
