[Rivet] ATLAS_2011_I928289 analysis: inclusive W and Z cross sections

Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared two Rivet routines* for the ATLAS measurement of the
inclusive W and Z cross sections using the 2010 data set. The routines have
been validated and found to yield results consistent with those presented
in the paper. Please find all the relevant information in the attached
files.

*two routines, so as to treat the W and Z case separately
