[Rivet] ATLAS_2014_I1307243 analysis: jet vetoes and azimuthal decorrelations in dijet events

Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared a Rivet routine for the ATLAS measurement of jet vetoes
and azimuthal decorrelations in dijet events, which we would like to
include into the Rivet framework. The routine has been validated and found
to yield results consistent with those presented in the paper.
