[Rivet] ATLAS_2014_I1307243 analysis: jet vetoes and azimuthal decorrelations in dijet events

Apologies for the delay--I had some permission issues on the server. A
zipped version of the analysis is now in the Rivet contrib area. We will
follow up if we run into any issues with incorporating it into the next
