[Rivet] YODA 1.4.0

I just released YODA 1.4.0 before going on holiday... so you all have to
deal with the consequences ;-)

Seriously, it's been actively used for quite a while in this state, and
I'm confident it's a lot better than what was currently available. And
if we get any quick feedback, we'll get it into a 1.4.1 in time for
Rivet 2.3.0.
