[Rivet] permission denied for accessing ATLAS W+c from contrib area

Hi all,

I'm wondering, if there is any special reason, that the Rivet analysis
for the ATLAS W+c paper from the "contrib" area cannot be accessed:

When clicking on
https://www.hepforge.org/archive/rivet/contrib/pre2.2.1/ATLAS_2014_I1282447.tar.gz

I get:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access
/archive/rivet/contrib/pre2.2.1/ATLAS_2014_I1282447.tar.gz on this server.
