[Rivet] Opensuse package

Dear Yoda and Rivet Authors,

for the last stable release of opensuse yoda/rivet was available from 
the main repository. For the upcoming release (early november) it is not 
yet packaged.

Maybe you might be interested in providing a ready-to-install rpm? Using 
the opensuse build system just updating the code might be enough and you 
would quite easily get packages for all rpm-based distributions.
