[Rivet] new Rivet analysis TOTEM_2014_I1328627

Hello,

I attach a .tar file including a new Rivet analysis together with the validation plot for the paper below. Could you check the files and let me know if anything more is needed ? If possible, we will be happy to see this analysis in the next Rivet release.

* TOTEM Collaboration, Measurement of the forward charged particle pseudorapidity density in pp collisions at sqrt(s) = 8 TeV using a displaced interaction point, EPJ C75,126.
