[Rivet] rivet 2.4.2 with gcc 6.1

Hi Dmitri,

It will become the default setting soon, so at this point I'm happy if 
you switch it on for gcc-6 where it's necessary. The real fix for your 
problem is to leave out '-ansi', which would have built as C++14 anyway.
