[Rivet] Releasing Rivet 2.5.4

Hi all,

I've finished putting the last of the ~20 contributed analyses into 
Rivet's 2.5.x branch, and have fixed a self-introduced bug that Holger 
pointed out... so unless others have things to add, I think we can start 
the 2.5.4 release process.

Any other demands for the release? We also have a few tweaks to YODA, 
which should be released at the same time, but nothing critical and they 
are also already incorporated into the release branch.

Holger/Chris, can we get the usual regression tests done / checking the 
buildbot? There were a few core code changes that need validation (cf. 
the bug already spotted by hand.)
