[Rivet] Releasing Rivet 2.5.4

Hi Andy,

I'll add maybe one or two more analyses. Apart from that, we should
probably extend the
test samples to cover more of the analyses.

Do we have a list of process-analysis combinations already? If not I can
provide Sherpa samples
and so on.

Given the hickup of the buildbot I would be in favour of a wee tiny bit
more testing before
releasing, two or three days or so, ok?
