[Rivet] upper limits in Rivet/YODA

Hi Hendrik,

Sorry, we don't currently have that sort of functionality in our plotting
tools -- for any interpretation work you probably want to take the
statistical objects from Rivet and use them with separate statistics and
general plotting packages (e.g. ROOT or numpy/scipy/matplotlib).
