[Rivet] [Professor] Rivet/Professor/generators VM

Hi Daniel,

the Japan school is the one in September. We were going to start in a 
few weeks with the setup.


for ThePEG and Herwig++, you need Rivet and HepMC ready, then

ThePEG:

./configure --prefix=... --with-hepmc=...  --with-rivet=...
make
make check
make install


Herwig++:

./configure --prefix=... --with-ThePEG=<<thepeg prefix>>
make
make check
make install
